4 Week Break-Free Challenge Starting September 16

September is often a time for new beginnings.

Many of you are embarking on new big adventures this Fall – new careers, new projects, or new ways of being.

And as I’ve been connecting with more women about what’s important to them when it comes to making the big changes they want to make in their lives, I’ve heard one thing consistently: feeling more FREEDOM.

So, to kick-off the Fall with a bang! I’m inviting you to a 4-Week Break-Free Challenge that begins on Sept. 16.

Each week, I’ll be sharing one exercise with you to help you gain the self-confidence you need to get to that successful place you’ve been dreaming about.

All you need to do is pick the goal that you’d like to focus on.

The exercises will be short and sweet and take up only about 5-minutes of your day. Here’s what we’ll cover together each week:
