Welcome to week 3 of my break free from self-doubt challenge!
I hope you’ve been enjoying the little exercises and micro-habits that I’ve been sharing with you :)
Last week we focussed on wiggling free from our negative thinking.
That is probably the most challenging part of breaking free from self-doubt.
So this week’s exercise is going to feel like a welcome reprieve from all that heaviness!
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to visualize yourself achieving your big goal… whatever that may be.
Perhaps you’re working on showing up at the office with more self-confidence.
Or totally rocking it and having a ball at those dreaded networking events.
Or maybe your big goal is to deal with conflict and disagreements with more ease and grace.
Whatever you’re working on… take some time and paint a delicious picture for yourself… and then revel in it for 5 minutes a day.
This is going to be SO MUCH FUN!
