Here are a few fun facts about me and a glimpse into one of my favourite hobbies – playing with art supplies :)

  • When I’m not wearing my coaching hat, you can usually find me plotting my next art project.
  • Yoga is both the bane of my existence and my salvation. (I will master the tree pose… one day.)
  • I am stubbornly engaged in an ongoing difficult conversation with my cat about her affinity for clawing the couch.

I am currently featuring Be-YOU-tiful women and their favourite quotes in my artwork. These women are relentless in the pursuit of self-discovery, honouring who they are, and service to humanity in their own unique ways. Would you like to be featured? Contact me to find out more!

I know how far you’ve come. And I know how brave you’ve had to be to get here.

I am so proud of you.

It’s okay.

You just forgot who you are.

Welcome back.

Don’t forget to play.

Just like the song :)

This is what it can feel like when we first start to shift our unhelpful habits, thought patterns, and ways of “being” in the world…

We need to learn to fly before we can soar.

A sales attendant at an art store once said to me, “Every painting goes through an ugly phase. The trick is to stick with it.”

That advice was such a brilliant metaphor for big changes in life. There’s usually an “ugly phase…” and the trick is to simply love yourself (or stick with yourself) through them.
