Work can be stressful… There are deadlines, tough decisions, difficult situations to deal with and way too much email to sort through.

One of the best ways to lower your stress levels, improve your mental clarity, and better prioritize what’s truly important at work and in life is to regularly stop, breathe and be mindful. My guided meditations are designed to help busy professional women do just this.

Meditation is like a gym in which you develop the powerful mental muscles of calm and insight.

Each 60-minute session focuses on a specific topic. You’ll be guided on a meditative journey with gentle prompts and soothing music.
