Work can be stressful… There are deadlines, tough decisions, difficult situations to deal with and way too much email to sort through.

One of the best ways to lower your stress levels, improve your mental clarity, and better prioritize what’s truly important at work and in life is to regularly stop, breathe and be mindful. My guided meditations are designed to help busy professional women do just this.

This Guided Meditation Program provides support for women who want to make the most of their life with a meditation practice.

  • Support your emotional well-being so that you can tackle the week ahead with greater insight and impact.

Each meditation session is a journey in itself.

Each 60-minute meditation session focuses on a specific topic. You’ll be guided on a meditative journey with gentle prompts and soothing music. Sessions are held once a month on Zoom at the beginning of each month. And partway through the month, you’ll receive a mini-meditation deepening practice to help you further integrate your insights into your life.

  • 5 Live Guided Meditations: These guided meditations focus on topics that we all struggle with as professional women in the workplace. They’re designed to help you tune into your deeper self so that you can show up at work and in life with greater alignment, creativity, and inner-peace.
  • Meditation Recordings: Can’t make it live? Not to worry! A recording of the session will be made available to you so that you can listen to it afterwards. Many participants listen to the meditations more than once.
  • 5 Mini-Meditation Deepening Practices: Partway through the month, you’ll receive a mini-meditation deepening practice. These powerful practices will help you stay calm, centered, and focused in between the live sessions.
  • Library of Meditation Sessions: You’ll also receive access to a library of selected past meditation sessions. You can listen to the ones that you need most anytime and customize your experience in the program to your needs. All you have to do is select a meditation that speaks to you, sit back, and let it work.
