My guided meditation program is designed to help you:
- Unplug regularly from the “noise” of daily life;
- Enhance your self-awareness; and
- Support your emotional well-being.
Meditation is like a gym in which you develop the powerful mental muscles of calm and insight.
Work can be stressful… Life can be stressful… There are deadlines, tough decisions, difficult people to deal with and way too much email to sort through.
One of the best ways to lower your stress levels, prioritize what’s truly important at work, and make better decisions in the heat of the moment is to learn how to stop, breathe and be mindful.
My guided meditations are different.
Each 60-minute session focusses on a specific topic. You’ll be guided on a meditative journey with gentle prompts to help you reflect on meaningful questions that we all encounter in our personal and professional lives.
After the meditation, you’ll have the chance to do a few minutes of quiet journaling so that you can integrate your insights.
And finally, each session ends with a brief Q&A period where you have the option to share what you’ve learned with the group and learn from others.
