Tune into that still small voice inside of you and watch your life at work transform from the inside out…
Work can be stressful… There are deadlines, tough decisions, difficult situations to deal with and way too much email to sort through.
One of the best ways to lower your stress levels and better prioritize what’s truly important is to regularly stop, breathe and be mindful. My guided meditations are designed to help busy professionals do just this.
Meditation is like a gym in which you develop the powerful mental muscles of calm and insight.
- Unplug regularly from work-related stress so that you can truly recharge your batteries.
- Enhance your self-awareness so that you can have a greater impact in your role.
- Support your emotional well-being so that you can handle difficult situations with greater calm and insight.
Each 60-minute session focusses on a specific topic. You’ll be guided on a meditative journey with gentle prompts to help you reflect on meaningful questions that we all encounter in our professional lives.
Sessions are held twice a month on Zoom and space is limited. Sign up for a 3-month package for just $97.00 Cdn. (Payment can be made via PayPal.)
