One of the many tools that I use with leaders is the EQ-I 2.0, a scientifically validated leadership development inventory that measures clients on 15 emotional intelligence competencies, including self-regard, assertiveness, emotional expression, stress tolerance, self-actualization, and independence.
In my EQ-I 2.0 coaching package, clients receive their own personalized report, which includes step-by-step strategies on how to improve in their weaker areas. Also available: EQ-360.
Another tool that I use with leaders is the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP). The CDP is a scientifically validated leadership development inventory that measures how clients react in conflict situations.
